WANI's

Actually this is my second piece attempting the same design.... simply love the whirling motion it forms. My first was for DARR and this time a gift for my niece FATIN SHAZWANI.... She is now in PERTH, Australia, pursuing her studies and was waiting for this since she stepped her feet there on February 13th. 2010.

Looking and hunting for a suitable fabric design for backing......... Sorry Wani dear, it took me awhile to complete this for you.... soon I hope!

P/S As a promissed made to Sharifah or to anyone interested , finally I managed to retracked the above Storm At Sea here.

SAL # 4-update

This is what I have achieved to date..... so exhausted, so tired but I have done my very best.... yet lots more to complete. Will continue but not sure how or when..... :(

To be fair to Alynn, Shima, Yati and Nisa I suggest that all of you to continue the next chart, 'cos right now till June I am very tight with our organisation's activities and my sewing are piling up......

Please girls, I will make up with all of you the moment I have the space .... Thanks, for understanding!

SAMPLERBOM # 3 - NAIZ

Finally I am back at home in this beautiful town of Alor Setar late last night. Hoping our next travel schedule will be few months later. I need to adjust lots of pending works and projects.....

As promised here is Naiz block...... Have you received it Naiz :) ?

Naiz's Block

It seems lately times passed by without mercy and I am rushing everything and grabbed anything that came accrossed the way. Back to Alor Setar just for few weddings and now at BK3 again.

Late night when all, hubby and children having their slumber and sleep soundly I was at my sewing corner, which I missed dearly and did some sewing. Not forgetting Naiz's BOM block and few others. Think by now Naiz has already having my piece with her (will add in the photo when I am back at Alor Setar, the camera was left behind...... :(

Wish I could visit Balkhis but just missed her somehow...... I know she needs to rest.

SAL # 3-update

This is the little outcome I managed to stitch during my stay at BK3. So much to catch up and I am racing with time.....

Hoping the other fellow sisters in this SAL still have the patience waiting for me...... :p

I would like to share a good news regarding Puan Balkhis.......

Puan Balkhis telah selamat melahirkan seorang bayi lelaki comel..... melalui Cesarean. Alhamdulillah ibu dan baby sihat. Masa KakDee call, Khis baru saja sedar dan sangat letih kata nya.
Tak dapat nak cakap lama dan Kak Dee tak dapat nak visit dia lagi.

Sama-sama kita doakan agar Khis cepat sihat dan dapat pulang ke rumah bersama baby.... InsyaAllah...........Aaaminnn

Up and Away

Hello dearest bloggers.............. my silence was beyond expectations....... getting out of control and dragging up too long. I was a bit upset and sorry for myself and to everyone here too......

But I am very satisfied with the results. The PC sets were upgraded and have a new printer and finally my small office and sewing corner will function smoothly now.

During the interrupted schedule so much activities took place and I grabbed the opportunity to have some nice holidays with my kids..... leaving hubby alone at home (sure he was glad too that I was away for awhile 'cos he stayed few nights at the family orchard with his siblings.......) Not to mention the 'wrecked-ship' when I came home...... now still collecting the laundry and putting things to places from front to the back door of our little house......... :p

Well, back to LIFE....... and have to move fast NOW......

RE Courses

This is where I was last week..... attending some courses representing WI state at WI HQ along Jalan Gasing, PJ. My first time ever landing my fingers on embroidering ribbons and laces to form a beautiful and delicate crafts.....




It lasted for a solid day... and met few others all over the Semenanjung. Had really enjoyed as we gather and venture new knowledge and add new acquaintances along the path.

Away

I will be away from my sewing corner for the whole of the week............
will be in BK3 with my children
gonna miss all here

SAL # 2-update

I apologize for being late in posting.

Many had occurred since I last update and life has been rushing me unruly and I am abide by them......

WIP Sewing Sampler - Completed

In the rush hours left for my sewing I managed to complete this...... Will let Hubby decide for the framing with few others.
