SAMPLERBOM # 2 - MUS

Managed to complete this month's BOM block for MUS. Unfortunately I can't add some image.... such a mess I have faced since the upgrading of the PC.....

Though I was a bit behind, I had just made it on time........Will post to you MUS.... but wondering if I still have all the addresses stored somewhere..................

BREAK Away

It was almost two weeks now that I can't really sit and blog about here.... the PC is having some problems downloading data...... phugh!!!!!.....And it takes hours to view anything....... Will be back soon...........

The pink beauty is now with the happy owner, Khis. She came few days ago with her DHubby and son, Najmi....... Look, she even prepared to get snapped with pink attire too.... ;D

She collected her floss-bobbins too. We bought those through Yati, thanks Yati!

Just would like to share her other happiness, a brand new toy.....a GL! (do not forget to give me a ride, Khis)

HEXAGON GAME flowers from Fida

This lots came from Fida (my fourth batch)...... part of the hexagon games we had last year. Thanks Fida, all are lovely.

We have not officially close this game since, as the last recipients, I am still (so do my other friends) waiting very patiently, flowers from Naiz, Zura and Via. Hope will get those soon, to complete my quilt and get it done with....................

AND I am sure other participants are still hoping to get theirs too...... :D

WIP Sewing Sampler-update

So, I have been doing this sewing sampler during the weekend. When completed I've decided to frame this up.

I bought this Donna Kooler's Seasons in Cross-Stitch in Sept 2005 and this is my first cs from this book. A lot of nice designs, but 'this' caught my eyes in the first place..... If you are interested to have the same design/charts I will make a photocopy and email to you..... anyone?

INDEPENDENCE in other words

Today is an independence day for Hubby...... first day of his retirement...

No more rushing early morning to the bus terminal and came home late evening.... He was lazing around watching football since last night.... and pampering himself.... and later today having a good nap.

We had discussed so many possibilities to fill up his time and at the same time to generate some income for our everyday needs, and surprisingly he has loads of things that lingering in his mind...... busier that his normal working schedule :D

I am not rushing him anything because he normally has a very good judgement and manage his time quite efficiently...... he is my man, and knowing him through thick and thin.....

Just wondering .... should I keep me busy with fabrics and threads, minimising other activities, do I have to reschedule my life to suits him..... or ???????..... well, will see how it turns out to be!

But one thing I am sure, he will be much closer to his old-faithful-bone-shaker...... that yellow monster!
