Cut.... cutting!

Hubby and me, had a fabulous time to begin the new year with our kids at BK3. Our few days stay was spent with lots of food and we had great time indoor for it rained almost everyday at the Klang Valley.

There, I would not miss for the world to do some shopping around... and bought few items for my sewing corner. One of those is this apple-green cutting mat from Clover. My dream of having a bigger mat was fulfilled (even though I was looking for a white) and this hopefully could boost my sewing capacity for the whole year......!

Mila, mat yang lama dah agak lusuh olih student dan berlekuk yang agak dalam... gara2 depa baru nak guna roller cutter. I have waited 'bout 10 years nak beli baru.... sebab ruang meja pun limited masa tu.

Mila pun bolih beli juga kan kalau mahu.... mungkin pas ni lebih semangat lagi!

Assalammualaikum Kak D
Nama saya Hayati :)
I came across your blog because I was looking for quilting supplies in Malaysia..funny thing is I've been wanting to learn how to quilt but I really have to wait till uni is over. I sew a bit - things like baju kurong and dress all that but I reckon quilting is a tough job. Your blog is so very inspiring. Keep me posted, one day I'll start quilting I'll think of you :)

W'salam Hayati. Thanks for visiting here. A great place to be where you are now, quilting is at every corner I supposed. How I wish..!

Studies come first and the time will come for quilting....I hope, I will see your quilt and maybe see you in person too. All the best in your future undertakings.... Keep in touch!
