This is my latest challenge.
A queen for Nia. "This time mama promise you, Nia, that I will not delay this anymore... well??????"
Actually had pin-basted this few weeks ago but deep inside me said that I was not happy with it.
Have unpicked all and re-do.... now happy!

Just love the sweet country look! I used to daydream about having such beautiful quilt & i frame it & display it at my living hall, like you see in the art gallery. But this is more like Quilt Gallery :D
wahh...cantiknya...berapa lama k.Dee buat queen tu?tk sabar nk tgk yg dh siap...
Maria, it is always you to give the first comments as expected... thanks Maria.
This shows how 'in' you are! You're the one that always look for something new and fresh. The one that full of dreams... beautiful dreams..hope you will get it one day..soon dear.
But at my age Maria, I just can't afford to dream but to drive it hard to 'my reality' the soonest possible and begets success and want to see it happens!
Aini, top tu siap dekat setahun dah. Ni nak pulun bagi siap... tuan dia dah nak merajuk! InsyaAllh kalau sihat cepat laa..
Diah, just love the colors,... so sweet yet refreshing. Isn't it wonderfully marvelous that quilt tops that we did years ago still look desirable no matter how long it took to finish . I've got 3 waiting to be completed....bila agaknya?
You make it look so easy to machine quilt such a big project! I am trying to go for lessons on free form machine quilting! At the moment, I am limited to only vertical and horizontal quilting lines!! LOL Can't wait to see your finished quilt.
diah..i like it.!!!!
Hanim.
Lately loads of thing rushing and need urgent handling. Hope can do more....and more!
Wish to see yours in progress soon.
Take care dear!
Janovi,
It is quite tough to sew a big and thick-batting quilt(3/4") A lot of courage and most importantly time... no rushing or.......unpicking!
Aida, how I wish I could do hand-quilting on this.... but the batting is quite thick (3/4").
awwwwww this quilt is beautiful sis..i love it!!
Angie, thanks.
I am still plodding on it!
